Part of the vision and mission of Cygnus Transformations is to conduct research and share information with the community. Beverly Swann recently completed a dissertation study on using muscle relaxation techniques to help people who have both post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and non-specific chronic low-back pain (nsCLBP). Future research will also include the impacts of patriarchy and rape culture on our society.
